About Me

I'm so glad our paths have crossed! 

My name is Shayle, and I am a folk herbalist, witch, and I hold deep reverence for the liminal spaces. 

A student of the Wise Woman Tradition of healing, I believe deeply that all that you need to heal and step into your power is already within you. My role is to be your guide to bring you into relationship with herbal allies and nourishment to support your overall wellness from a physical, mental, and spiritual perspective. I believe in a holistic approach, taking into consideration how each of these systems interconnect, and seeking to address the root of your ailments or concerns. 

I have studied herbalism and alternative forms of spirituality for over 7 years and have completed two herbal apprenticeships, including studying herbalism in the Irish Wisdom Tradition with my teacher Tonja Reichley (2021), and the School of the Sacred Wild Herbal Apprenticeship with my teacher Marysia Miernowska, and mentor Rachel Jonte (2024). 
Full Plant Spirit Consultation
In this session, I will guide you through a ceremonial journey to learn what plant spirits are wanting to work with you. This will be followed by a full consultation where we will discuss your concerns, ailments, and goals for herbal wellness, be they of mind, body or spirit. 

A consultation in-take will be provided to you before our session for completion to better address the root causes of your concerns and develop a personalized 3-month protocol unique to you.

​Protocol includes: 
  • 1 Nourishing Herb Recommendation (to be used for the first month)
  • 1 Supportive Tea Blend Formulation
  • 1 Tincture Formulation 
  • Full written protocol with guidance on use of your personal herbal remedies, lifestyle recommendations, rituals, nutritional guidance, and potentially additional herbal recommendations​
  • Recorded guided meditation for your own use
  • 1 Check-in to determine if adjustments are needed

Session Time: 90 mins - 2 hours
Financial Exchange: Sliding Scale: $130 - $180
Maintenance Consultation 
This session is to support your long-term wellness goals. Following the full consultation, this is an offering to existing clients to determine long-term supports, restocking of remedies, and modifications to protocols. 

Session Time: 30 mins - 1 hour
Financial Exchange: $80 (flat rate to also cover any additional remedies that may be sent to you)

Plant Spirit Consultation

This is an opportunity to dip your toe in the water of building relationship to the plants. In this session, I will guide you in a ceremonial journey to connect with the plant spirit of a single plant ally to work with for at least one moon cycle (though they will likely become a life-long ally of yours!).

​Included in this offering:
  • Plant Ally (dried herb) for use in your own teas, rituals, etc
  • ​Virtual monograph of Plant Ally for further study
  • Written guidance that includes lifestyle recommendations, rituals, and nutritional support with your ally
  • Recorded guided meditation for your own use

Session Time: 30 mins - 1 hour 
Financial Exchange: Sliding Scale: $70 - $90
Please note, herbalism is the ancestral right of all people. I choose to utilize an honor-based sliding scale system to try to accommodate individual financial situations. However, I do not believe that anyone should not be able to access herbal remedies or support due to financial strain. Join me each month to connect deeper with the plant spirits and herbal allies. Once a month we will gather together in circle, to commune with a single herb to get to know them more deeply, to learn with them and build sacred relationship.
